I'm Tina Cole, better known as "Mama Swag." Over the past 30 years, I've driven excellence in business, and now I bring my success to the entertainment and music industry.

My journey wasn't easy. I faced the challenges of the music industry firsthand, which lit a fire within me to help others learn how to navigate this field. For the past 15 years, I've selflessly guided hard-working artists toward their dreams, opening their peripheral visions to understanding the business and aligning their expectations.

Through adversity, I learned the industry inside-out and partnered with moguls to share my story globally. I've collaborated with renowned producers and songwriters like Scott Storch, Jason "Poo Bear" Boyd, Harvey Mason and Damon Thomas (The Underdogs), The Audibles, Boi-1DA, Roy “Royalty” Hamilton III, and facilitated rapper features with Kendrick Lamar and Tyga. I was mentored by the best: legendary music executive Ernie Singleton, and I've had the privilege of having conversations with legends like Quincy Jones, and Ralph Johnson, and maintaining a wide global network of music business executives.

I'm driven by my own experiences, including supporting my son's music career, and I've founded several initiatives like The Music Quadrant™ to empower global aspiring talent.
