My journey wasn't easy. I faced the challenges of the music industry firsthand, which lit a fire within me to help others learn how to navigate this field. For the past 15 years, I've selflessly guided hard-working artists toward their dreams, opening their peripheral visions to understanding the business and aligning their expectations..

Through adversity, I learned the industry inside-out and partnered with moguls to share my story globally. I've collaborated with renowned producers and songwriters like Scott Storch, Jason 'Poo Bear' Boyd, and Boi-1DA. I've worked with artists like Kendrick Lamar and Tyga, and I've been mentored by music executive Ernie Singleton. I've also had the privilege of engaging with legends such as Quincy Jones and Ralph Johnson.

Driven by my experiences and my son's music career, I've founded initiatives like The Music Quadrant™ to empower aspiring talent globally.
